Our Process Setup is Optimized for Mass Production

At Ximtex, we simplify the journey from concept to finished garment. Our optimized workflow ensures that every step is clear, efficient, and tailored to your brand’s needs 

Step 1

Idea & Consultation

You share your inquiry vision, sketches, or moodboards details of your project and we will handle it.

Step 2

Make Quotation

If your project is suitable for our standard MOQ and production, then we offer an initial quotation based on the techpack, selected fabric quality, and quantity.

Step 3

Sample Development

After your approval of our quotation, our R&D team will proceed with sample development. We then will source all materials and give you design support if needed. Sample will be made until final confirmation of quality before production. 

Step 4

Bulk Production

Following order confirmation and a deposit (Or L/C at sign), we initiate bulk production with all specifications carefully followed. 

Step 5

Quality Control (QC)

Our dedicated QC team follows strict standards to catch and correct any issues before your products are shipped. We conduct thorough checks on stitching, sizing, color accuracy, labeling, and overall workmanship — so you can focus on growing your brand with confidence. We also apply AQL 2.5 for final inspections. 

Step 6

Packaging & Delivery

Once the quality is confirmed, the finished products are carefully packaged. We also provide logistic and shipping to get your products to you on time and in perfect condition with the lowest price.
